These terms apply to any design or development work undertaken by PixelForge Studio ("we", "us") for a client ("you"). By engaging us for a project, you agree to the terms below. If anything here doesn't make sense or needs adjusting for your project, just ask — we're happy to talk it through.
Prices shown on this site (e.g. Starter, Growth, Studio packages) are starting prices and act as a guide. Every project gets a written quote before work begins, based on your specific requirements. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds (see pricing for details). Additional revisions beyond this can be arranged at an hourly or fixed rate, agreed before work starts.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and depend on timely feedback and content (text, images, branding) from you. Delays in providing materials or feedback may extend the delivery date accordingly.
If you need to cancel a project after work has begun, you'll be invoiced for work completed up to that point. Deposits are non-refundable as they cover initial planning and design time.
Unless otherwise agreed, hosting, domain registration, and ongoing maintenance are the client's responsibility after project completion. We're happy to advise on or arrange these separately.
We aim to deliver high-quality, tested work, but we can't guarantee a website will be completely error-free or achieve specific business outcomes (e.g. sales or rankings). We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the delivered work.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
